OF THE FEBRUARY 2, 2010 MEETING

The February 2, 2010 meeting of the Broadmore Gravity Drainage District was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Ronald Guidry.

The minutes of the January 5, 2010 meeting were read and with a motion by Valrie Guidry, Jr., seconded by Jules LaCour, to approve the minutes as read with amendments to include sending books to CPA. Motion was unanimously approved.

The following financial report was given.

Checking $2,978.05
IMMA #1 110,438.25

Transfer made from Imma into Checking for $1,500.

Motion was made by Valrie Guidry, Jr., seconded by Jules LaCour, to pay all bills as submitted and send to the Police Jury for approval. Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Ronald Guidry, seconded by Jules LaCour, to approve the signing of the Flood Control Project for the sum of $260.00. Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Ronald J. Guidry, seconded by Valrie Guidry Jr., to approve the grinding of Treck on L-1-D Hwy. 102 to LeGros Rd, L-4 Gertrude to Martin Roy, L-4 Hwy. 102 to Wilson, L-4, Clophea to L-4 A 1 and cut grass L-4A, L-3A Bottom, L-1A-L-4A to 102, L-4 St. Gertrude to Wilson, L-9-1 A 1-9D spot clean out cut grass day and move, L-4 B Breaux and Main and L-15 Grinding Broadmore Road to End Broussard for the sum of $16,980.00. Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Jules LaCour, seconded by Valrie Guidry, Jr., that the meeting be adjourned. Motion was unanimously approved.
