Sidney Theriot called the February 3, 2010 meeting of the Jefferson Davis Parish Gravity Drainage District 1 Sub A to order at 8:00 a.m. to get Financial Statements and minutes of the last meeting.

Bank Account Balances as of February, 2010

Checking $2,046.61
One Year CD $88,043.28

Transferred 10,000 from CD into checking.

Motion was made by Tommy Williams, seconded by Ronnie Guidry, to accept minutes, pay bills submitted, and sent to the Police Jury for approval. Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Ronald Guidry, seconded by Jerry Hartwell, to amend minutes to Grind South Bank between Guidry Bridge and Hardy Steel Bridge on L Mouton was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Tommy Williams, seconded by Jerry Hartwell, to clean from Guidry Bridge to 99 and Hwy. 14. Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Sidney Theriot, seconded by Ronnie Guidry, to extend L-1C south approximately 1/2 mile. Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Ronnie Guidry, seconded by Rene Daboval, to clean out extension on L-1C. Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Tommy Williams, seconded by Ronnie Guidry, to clean out L-1DA. Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Rene Daboval and carried that the meeting be adjourned.
