Meeting was called to order by Kenneth Thibodeaux.
Present: Chad Thibodeaux and Cory Feverjean.
Absent: Alcide Hargrave and Gene Theriot.
Motion was made by Chad Thibodeaux, seconded by Cory Feverjean, to accept the minutes for the month of January and the Treasury Report of $64,689.64 as of December 31, 2009.

Motion by Cory Feverjean, seconded by Chad Thibodeaux, to pay the bills for the month of January.

Motion was made by Chad Thibodeaux, seconded by Cory Feverjean, to adjourn the meeting.
