OF THE JUNE 1, 2010 MEETING

The June 1st, 2010 meeting of the Broadmore Gravity Drainage District was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Larry Lyons.

The minutes of the May 4th, 2010 meeting were read and with a motion by Ronald J. Guidry, seconded by Jules LaCour, to approve minutes as read. Motion was unanimously approved.

Checking Balance $342.39
Imma #1 Balance $96,830.80

Transfer from Imma into Checking $9,000.

Motion was made by Ronald Guidry, seconded by Jules LaCour, to pay all bills submitted and send to Police Jury for approval. Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion was made by Ronald Guidry, seconded by Jules LaCour, to accept phone pole to clean out bridge on Guidry Road on the Broadmore Main. (Project 311). Motion was unanimously approved.

Motion made by Jules LaCour, seconded by Ronald J. Guidry, to adjourn the meeting. Motion was unanimously approved.
