FIRE BOARD MEETING
DECEMBER 12, 2008
Meeting was called to order by Kenneth Thibodeaux.
Present were Gene Theriot, Alcide Hargrave, Mike Briggs.
Absent was Chad Thibodeaux.
Motion by Gene Theriot, seconded by Alcide Hargrave, to accept the minutes for the month of November and the Treasury Report of $16,413.28 as of November 30, 2008.

Motion was made by Alcide Hargrave, seconded by Gene Theriot, to accept Mike Briggs’ resignation from the Board as of December 31, 2008.

1. Proposed Ordinance No. 526, an ordinance amending ordinance no. 515, enacting a budget of revenues, expenditures, and transfers for the Town of Lake Arthur for fiscal year August 1, 2007 and ending July 31, 2008.
