Becky Credeur, Sharon Vincent and Jerry Scalisi were guests of the Pirates.
March birthday celebrated was Royal Hebert
March anniversary remembered was Greg and Brenda Hornsby
Those rascally Pirates did NO cooking this campout, but they did enjoy the great cuisine Kaplan has to offer. On Thursday and Friday evening it was dutch treat at Family Diner and Saturday evening dutch treat was enjoyed at Hebert’s Steak House.
On Friday, Bertha and her faithful floor matts saved the day for both C.S. and Sonny. Of course, she had to fight male public opinion but she and her floor matts persevered nonetheless. It seems C.S. got stuck in muddy ground as he was parking his RV, so Sonny and his pickup truck was quick to his rescue, only to get stuck too.
That is when Bertha appeared on the dismal scene with her trusty floor matt in each hand.
At first she was met with ridicule but as soon as her plan developed successfully, the men said they just misunderstood her intentions...Right???
The next campout for the Pirates will be in Ragley at Juddie Claire.
